Brad Neckermann is a 2009 graduate of Saint Louis University School of Law.  He graduated law school with a certificate in criminal and civil litigation and was also a member of the Saint Louis University Law Journal.  He joined the Phelps County Prosecutor’s Office on February 1, 2012 and has served as an Assistant Prosecutor since that date.  Mr. Neckermann was promoted to Senior Assistant Prosecutor on July 1, 2016.  Mr. Neckermann prosecutes violent crimes with adult victims committed in Phelps County, including murder, assault, kidnapping, and domestic violence.  Mr. Neckermann also helped create and represents the office at the Phelps County Family Justice Court.  Prior to joining the Prosecutor’s Office, he worked at the Rolla Public Defender’s Office for more than two years.

Kara2 Kara Breshears

Kara Breshears is a 2011 graduate of University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law. She was formerly the Senior Associate Attorney with the Piatchek Law Firm, LLC in Springfield, Missouri where her practice focused domestic and criminal law matters.  Ms. Breshears joined the Phelps County Prosecutor’s Office on August 15, 2016.  Ms. Breshears prosecutes sex crimes with adult victims, drug crimes, and impaired driving cases committed in Phelps County.  She is a member of the Missouri Bar, Southern Missouri Women Lawyers, National Association of Professional Women, and Health Care Compliance Association.  She has served as Income/Safety Community Investment Council Co-Chairperson and Committee Chairperson of the United Way of the Ozarks and is actively involved in the Sigma Sigma Sigma Alumnae Group at Missouri State University.

Bill Hudson

William “Bill” Hudson holds a Juris Doctorate and Graduate Diploma in Civil Law from Louisiana State University (2012). While in law school, he practiced as a student attorney in the East Baton Rouge Parish Family Court, and was an editor for the “Journal of Civil Law Studies.” In Missouri, he has practiced in all of the state-level appellate courts, served as a child support prosecutor for the 1st and 2nd Judicial Circuits from 2014 to 2017, and began work as an assistant prosecutor for Phelps County in 2017, where he currently focuses on property crime. Bill is city judge for Licking and Waynesville, and a member of the Phelps County Bar Association and the Missouri Municipal and Associate Judges Association.
